If you answer a phone call while recording an encounter in Abridge, the recording will pause automatically. Follow the steps below to resume after your call ends.
Steps to resolve
- End your phone call.
- Tap the Abridge app to bring it back to the foreground.
- Confirm the recording has resumed. It should restart automatically once the app is active.
