Issue
A recorded encounter in the Abridge for Clinicians app is listed as "Processing" and is not completing, preventing the note from appearing in the web editor.
Steps to resolve
- Toggle Wi-Fi off and back on to confirm you have a strong connection before retrying.
- Restart the Abridge for Clinicians app. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to close the app, wait 15 seconds, then tap the Abridge icon on your home screen to reopen it. Do not log out — logging out may cause data loss.
- Close other apps that may be competing for upload bandwidth, then check whether the encounter resumes processing.
