First, make sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal by toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on.
Try to restart the Abridge for Clinicians mobile app. Restart the app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, wait 15 seconds, and then tap the app icon on your home screen again. Do not log out when you do this.
Try closing other apps that might compete for uploading connectivity bandwidth
