If you see an error when signing in to the Abridge mobile app, the most common cause is that account setup was not completed first on the web editor.
Steps to resolve
If you have not yet set up your account
- Open a desktop or laptop browser and go to notes.abridge.com.
- Complete account signup.
- Return to the mobile app and sign in again.
If you have already set up your account, or are not being routed to your organization's single sign-on (SSO) for login
- Confirm you are using the same credentials used during signup.
- If the issue persists, contact Abridge support at help@abridge.com.
