If your phone battery dies during an encounter recording, Abridge saves the audio captured up to that point locally on your device. You can still generate a note once your phone is charged and reconnected to the internet.
Steps to resolve
- Charge your phone and power it back on.
- Connect to the internet.
- Open the Abridge app and tap Create Note to generate a note from the captured audio.
Additional notes
Only audio recorded before the battery died will be included in the note. If the recording was cut short, review the generated note carefully before finalizing.
