If you tap on the red record button and it doesn’t activate, it means that the access to your microphone is being blocked on your phone/tablet by another app or device.
Follow these steps
Navigate to your device’s settings and turn off your bluetooth. This will ensure that your device is not trying to automatically connect to another device such as headphones or hearing aids.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, close all other apps you’re using on your device, to ensure that other apps are not preventing the Abridge for Clinicians app from accessing your microphone.
