Follow these steps if you’re having problems with your Wi-fi connectivity:
Turn your Wi-Fi off and back on to see if a strong connection can be re-established.
Verify whether other network applications work on the same device, such as a web browser.
If your phone is unable to connect to a wireless or mobile network, you may continue to use the Abridge for Clinicians mobile app to record conversations in offline mode. However, notes will not be generated until you are back online.
If you continue to have network connectivity issues, you may contact your IT department to troubleshoot your phone’s Wi-Fi connection.
