Issue
A note you previously completed and sent is no longer visible in the web editor Worklist.
Steps to resolve
- In the web editor at notes.abridge.com, locate the checkmark icon at the top of the Worklist column.
- If the checkmark has a strikethrough symbol, completed notes are currently hidden. Select the checkmark to show them.
- Your completed notes will now appear in the Worklist.
You can toggle this view on and off at any time using the same checkmark icon.
Additional notes
When a note is completed and sent from the web editor, it is automatically removed from the Abridge mobile app and hidden from the Worklist by default. This is expected behavior, not an error.
