Issue
An encounter note is not appearing in the Worklist in the Abridge web editor.
Steps to resolve
- In the web editor at notes.abridge.com, confirm the calendar in the Worklist is set to the date of the encounter you are looking for.
- If the note still does not appear, open the Abridge app on your mobile device and navigate to that date. Check whether the encounter has finished processing — the recording length should appear next to the encounter name when processing is complete.
- If the encounter has not finished processing, take the appropriate action based on what you see:
- If a pause symbol appears next to the encounter, tap it to resume the recording, then tap Create Note.
- If a Reprocess button appears, confirm you have a strong Wi-Fi connection, then tap Reprocess.
- If the encounter is listed as Processing, see Encounter is stuck in processing for next steps.
Additional notes
If you recently completed and sent a note, it may be hidden from the Worklist by default rather than missing. See Completed note is not visible in the web editor Worklist for how to show completed notes.
