Cannot Find an Encounter Note in the Abridge Web Editor

If you don’t see your encounter in the web editor, check the following:
From the web editor Worklist, verify that the calendar is set to the date of the encounter you are looking for.
If you still don’t see your encounter, open the app on your mobile device, and navigate to the date of the encounter. Verify that the encounter has completed processing by checking to see that the length of recording is listed next to the encounter.
If there is a pause symbol button listed next to the encounter, tap on it to resume, and then tap “Create Note.”
If there is a “Reprocess” button listed next to the encounter, check to be sure you have a strong WiFi connection and tap on “Reprocess.”
