Issue
The Patient Visit Summary (PVS) for an encounter did not generate, or generated without adequate information for the patient.
Steps to resolve
- Open the encounter in the web editor at notes.abridge.com and select the Patient Summary (PVS) button to confirm whether a summary was generated.
- If the summary is missing or incomplete, this is a known occasional issue the Abridge team is actively working to minimize.
- If this happens once, you can manually draft a summary for the patient from the note content.
- If this happens frequently, contact the Abridge support team at help@abridge.com so the team can investigate.
