Issue
You are unable to log in to the Abridge web editor at notes.abridge.com on your laptop or desktop. This is most commonly caused by a browser cache or cookie issue.
Steps to resolve
- Open a private or incognito browser tab — select Incognito in Chrome or InPrivate in Edge.
- Navigate to notes.abridge.com.
- Enter your login credentials as normal. You should be routed to your organization's single sign-on (SSO) authentication page.
- If you are not routed to your SSO page, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the problem persists, contact your local IT department for assistance.
