What is Help Documentation?
Help Documentation is where Abridge keeps its help articles. When you are signed in, you see more articles than the public help center shows.
Product availability
- Web editor (notes.abridge.com): Available.
- Mobile app: Available.
- Abridge Inside (Hyperspace/Haiku): Not available yet.
How to open Help Documentation
Not available on Abridge Inside for Clinicians (Hyperspace/Haiku). The help button in Abridge Inside opens the public help center, which shows a limited set of articles. We are working to provide an access path for Inside clinicians who need to see help documentation.
Web editor (notes.abridge.com)
- Clinicians can go to notes.abridge.com and sign in.
- Select the menu (hamburger) icon.
- Select Help Documentation.
- Wait while the "Signing you in to support" page loads. You land in Help Documentation, already signed in.
Mobile app
- Clinicians can Open the Abridge mobile app and sign in.
- Select the menu (hamburger) icon.
- Select Help Documentation. You land in Help Documentation, already signed in.
Directly via URL
You can also go directly to Help Documentation at support.abridge.com, select Sign in, then select Continue with Abridge.
For project team members and admins
Project team members and admins open Help Documentation from the Enterprise Portal.
- Project team members and Admins can sign in to the Enterprise Portal.
- Select the menu (hamburger) icon.
- Select Help Documentation. You are signed in automatically.
- Open the Guides for Project Teams and Admins section.
Directly via URL
You can also go directly to Help Documentation at support.abridge.com, select Sign in, then select Continue with Abridge.
These paths require Enterprise Portal access. If you do not have access, ask your organization's Abridge administrator to add you. We are also working on a new role to allow visibility to the Help Documentation for those who should not have full visibility into the entire Enterprise Portal. More on that soon.
FAQs
Why do I only see a few articles?
You are probably not signed in. The public help center shows only a small set of articles. Use the appropriate access path above to see more documentation.
Can I open Help Documentation if my organization does not use single sign-on?
Yes. Organizations that use multi-factor authentication (MFA) instead of single sign-on (SSO) open Help Documentation the same way.
Can I open Help Documentation from Abridge Inside?
Not yet. The help button in Abridge Inside opens the public help center. We are working on Inside access to those documents.
Can I download an article?
No. Help Documentation articles cannot be downloaded. Copy the text you need, or share the link to the article to others with access.
