Completed notes are hidden from your Worklist in the Abridge web editor by default. You can show or hide them at any time using the Hide completed toggle in the Worklist.
How completed notes work in the Worklist
When you send a note to Epic from the web editor, it is marked as completed and hidden from your Worklist automatically. Notes completed on the mobile app are also removed from the app's note list. The note is not deleted — it remains accessible through the web editor when you turn off Hide completed.
How to show or hide completed notes
- Open the Abridge web editor at notes.abridge.com.
- In the Worklist, locate the Hide completed control at the top of the Worklist column. It appears as a checkmark icon.
- Select the icon to toggle completed notes on or off:
- When the icon shows a strikethrough or null sign, completed notes are hidden. Select it to show them.
- When the icon is active, completed notes are visible. Select it again to hide them.
You can toggle this setting on and off at any time to manage your Worklist view.

What counts as a completed note?
