You are experiencing Wi-Fi or network connectivity problems that are affecting the Abridge for Clinicians mobile app.
Steps to resolve
- Toggle Wi-Fi off and back on to see if a strong connection can be re-established.
- Verify that other network applications on the same device are working — for example, try loading a web page in your browser. This helps confirm whether the issue is with Abridge specifically or with your network connection more broadly.
- If network connectivity issues persist, contact your IT department to troubleshoot your device's Wi-Fi connection.
Additional notes
If your phone is temporarily unable to connect to Wi-Fi or a mobile network, you can still use the Abridge for Clinicians app to record encounters in offline mode. Notes will not be generated until your device is back online and the recording has uploaded.
