Abridge supports recording both in-person and telehealth visits. Telehealth visits require a specific device setup to ensure the audio from the visit is captured correctly.
Setup requirements
- Do not wear headphones. Audio from the telehealth call must play through your computer's speakers so your mobile device can pick it up.
- Initiate the telehealth visit from a separate device — such as your computer — before starting the Abridge recording on your mobile device.
- Position your mobile device so it can clearly pick up audio from your computer's speakers.
