Step 1: Record your encounter
Choose the method that matches your setup:
- Record a patient encounter on mobile — use the Abridge for Clinicians app on your iPhone.
- Record an encounter using your laptop or desktop — use notes.abridge.com in your browser. Requires web recording to be enabled by your organization.
Step 2: Review and send your note
Complete and send your Abridge note in the web editor — review the generated draft, verify with Linked Evidence, and send directly to Epic.
