Patient pronouns can always update or change a patient’s gender pronoun to accurately reflect and respect patient identities.
1. Navigate to the gender pronoun button in the Abridge web editor toward the bottom of the Note Editor column.
2. You can choose from she/her, he/him, or they/them.
Please note that these chosen pronouns will only be reflected in the clinical note and not in the patient chart.
