You can create and manage custom templates from the Library in your Note Settings.
1. In the Web Editor click the three horizontal bars in the upper left corner
2. Select Note Settings
3. Click on either the Library Tab and +, or Add a Custom Template within the PE Settings panel
4. Enter a name for your template
5. Enter System Heading and Normal Findings for your sections
6. Use the arrow buttons to the right of Normal Findings to re-order your sections
7. Click Save Template in the lower right corner
Edit a Custom Template:
You may view, edit or delete your existing custom templates once saved using the info icon and the pencil icon. These appear when hover/selecting a template.
*Please note that not all template options may be available and are set by each medical system administration.
